When inflammation of passage starts (it can be triggered by any factor) The passage walls swell and mucus is filled at the openings.

There is narrowing of airways cause difficulties in exhaling (breathing out) air from lungs. The problem of breathing out in some situation causes serious asthma attack.

From genetic point of view we see that our parents or grand-parents were in more exposure to infection and we are in  less. This made our immune system more sensitive.

When we compare quality of air which our parents or grand-parents breathe and what we breathe its clear that our’s more polluted.

Nowadays, our new generation children spend more time inside the room (i.e. indoor activities) that cause many types of allergies. Our physical exercise decreases in day-to-day activities and we see that obesity is increasing rapidly in people.
